Annual Costing for Holiday Home Ownership
Site Fees (2016)
Regular Pitch = £2,500.00 inc VAT
Seaview Pitch = £2,870.00 inc VAT
If the site fee payment is paid in full prior to 31st January then a discount of £40 will be applied.
The Park is open from the first Friday in March to the 30th November each year and please note that Holiday Homes cannot be used or occupied outside this period. Visits between the hours of 10am and 3pm are allowed by arrangement.
Cost of 1 x 47kg Gas Bottle = £76.00. Payment for gas is made when you order a Re-fill. Gas is delivered between 3pm and 4.30pm.
Each Holiday Home has its own meter and is invoiced annually. There is an additional fee of £20 for meter maintenance and administration.
All caravans need to be completely drained of water during the close down period. We offer a service for this at a cost of £56.00 to include the reconnection of the caravan for the start of the new season.
All Holiday Homes must have insurance and you will need to provide us with a copy of the certificate within 14 days of purchase, and at every renewal. Insurance can range from £130.00 – £300.00 depending of the age and specification of the Holiday Home. The average is about £12.00
per thousand insured.
Every Holiday Home needs to have the Gas System Safety tested on a yearly basis, this will cost £61.50. Every 4/5 years the rubber Pig Tails & the Gas Flexi hose will need replacing. These will cost £64.80 when done in conjunction with the gas test.
If your Holiday Home has a central heating system, the Anti-Freeze can get diluted and will breakdown over time. We recommend that this should be checked regularly.
The Electrical Safety test needs to be done every 3 years. This will cost £67.00.
