We invite you to leave the real world behind and enter the fantasy world of Festival No.6. set in the magical village of Portmeirion, in North Wales. This is a festival unlike any other in a place like no other. But the location is not just a stunning backdrop; the village will once again come alive with venues likes the historic Town Hall, The Piazza and The Stone Boat.
The Brythoniaid male voice choir, performing at dusk in the stunning piazza, was one of the highlights of last year’s Festival No.6 for many people, and their cover of New Order’s Blue Monday was a Youtube sensation, even shown on BBC’s Newsnight. We’re pleased to confirm that Cor y Brythoniaid will be returning this year, with some very special new cover versions.
Caitlin Moran is an award-winning Times columnist, North London's leading 'amusing' feminist, and author of the best-selling, award-winning, masturbation-describing How To Be A Woman and the New York Times-bestselling Moranthology. One of the highlights of the first year of Festival No.6, Moran will be returning to the Piazza stage in the village.
